X-Caliber
Mold Integrated Injection Unit

A technological leap in compact mold mounted injection units.  The XCaliber-SS, single stage, has a barrel that telescopes into the mold directly attaching to your hot runner, minimizing the distance the plastic must flow in order to fill the cavities; injection pressure and residence time are optimized.  The unit is very compact since a portion of the barrel is located inside the mold.

Compact Large Shot Auxilliary Injection Unit

​Injecting secondary shot material with a compact add-on injection unit allows for maximum manufacturing flexibility and minimizing valuable floor space.  Conan injection units offer big shot sizes, turning any molding machine into a 2 material machine.

Micro Injection 

The smallest auxiliary injection unit in the industry.  The all-electric dual stage design minimizes residence time to 3 shots with a shot size range of 0.1 to 0.5 grams.

INTRUDER
Injection Assist Mold Mounted Extruder

A new option for co-injection. Increase you shot size or turn any injection molding machine into a co-injection machine with the addition of an Intruder, a mold mounted single screw extruder. 

Big Parts: skin-core molding.  The BFE is mounted to the side of a mold.  When the mold is clamped, the BFE uses it’s patented compact extruder to intrude plastic into the mold.  Up to a 35 oz shot can be delivered in a unit that is less than 10ft long.  An injection unit with similar capacity would be more than twice as long.
